2015 — 2017
For two years I worked as the Design Lead on Campaign Monitor's Growth, Integrations, and the new Insights product feature, which is an entire collection of a customer's email marketing analytics.
My role as product designer spanned across the entire lean UX design process: coordinating and running user research sessions to understand the root of user needs, designing prototypes to test with users, and working with cross-functional development team to deliver a solution.
Design sits at the core of everything built at Campaign Monitor. Design works very closely with customers to gain an in-depth understanding of their problems. I care as deeply about the design process as I do the end result, and I strove to bring the culture of user empathy and artifact-driven rapid iteration to the teams I worked with.
